Welcome to Jingdezhen Porcelain Atelier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following service terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, shipping address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and complete. We will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address within 24 hours after receiving your order. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately to verify your order status.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is out of stock, there is an error in pricing or product description, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on our website. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement; partial payments are not accepted.
Prices displayed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties. You are responsible for any additional fees (including but not limited to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees) incurred upon delivery to your country/region.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. All our handcrafted porcelain products are carefully packaged with shock-proof materials to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days for international orders. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to check the delivery status.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
For fragile products (e.g., teacups, teapots, incense burners), we offer optional insurance coverage for additional protection during shipping. You can select this option at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our porcelain products, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, pattern, or shape—these are not considered defects but part of the artisanal charm.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or defect. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Returns for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted, as our products are handcrafted to order in many cases. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, and will be issued to the original payment method.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the product is packaged securely to avoid further damage. We are not liable for damage during return shipping.

5. Product Care & Warranty

Our porcelain products are made with high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, but they are fragile. To ensure longevity, please handle them with care: avoid sudden temperature changes, do not use abrasive cleaners, and hand-wash is recommended for most pieces (unless specified as dishwasher-safe).
We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is found within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) free of charge, excluding shipping costs.

We respect your privacy. All personal information (name, email, address, payment details) collected during your purchase will be used solely for processing your order, shipping, and providing customer service. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
